What To Expect
Due to overwhelming demand, please help us by making appointments for routine procedures and wellness care as far in advance as possible. We continue to book an average of 4-6 weeks in advance for most regular appointments.
Current public heald regulations and spacing constraints do require that we will continue to operate in a curbside manner for the foreseeable future. Please help us by bringing a written list with any questions or concerns to your pet's appointment.
We know that unplanned injuries or illnesses will happen. The staff works hard to ensure that a few "drop-off appointments" are kept open each day for urgent or time-sensitive issues. We will still accept a limited number of walk-in emergencies (regular/established clients only), but please be aware of these spots are filled additional fees may apply. Be sure to ask if you have any questions.
Regretfully, we can still only continue to provide after-hours and emergency care to current clients only (accounts that have been active within the last calendar year). However, we will start filling a short waiting list for new clients after December 1, 2021 (for regular/wellness care only).
Current clients who are requesting prescription refills, regular wellness care appointments (non-emergency), or have other questions that are not of an urgent manner are encouraged to email the reception desk at firstname.lastname@example.org as opposed to calling.
